3 eggs
3 tablespoons white cheese
¼ tsp baking powder
Optional seasonings: sweetener, salt, garlic powder, oregano, rosemary, etc.


Preheat the oven to 150 ° C. Separate the whites from the yolks. In a bowl, beat the yolks together with the cream cheese and the chosen seasonings.

In another bowl add ¼ tsp of baking powder to the egg whites and beat at maximum speed until you obtain a foam that forms peaks and does not fall.

Slowly pour the yolk mixture into the egg whites and mix carefully with enveloping movements.

Quickly place the mixture by spoonfuls on parchment paper, sprinkle with the spices and take to the oven.

Cook for 25 minutes on the medium rack of the oven, or until golden brown. Watch over them so they don't burn.

Remove from oven and let cool. Store them in a container at room temperature for 3 days, in the refrigerator for 7 days, or freeze them and then toast them to eat.
